The Master's in Psychology as a Step towards a Doctoral Degree in Psychology

All Psychology Schools Tip: Psychology Doctoral programs that require a prior Master's in Psychology generally have less course redundancy with most Psychology Master's programs. If you are interested in either a Master's or a Doctorate, you would need to attend graduate school in Psychology. A Master's in another discipline may also transfer to a Psychology Doctorate program in some cases: Additional courses in Psychology, at least, may be required before admission or before qualifying for the Doctorate in Psychology.
