Master of Science in Psychology

All Psychology Schools Tip: Bachelor’s Psychology programs can help you decide: what type of Psychology most interests you; what you want to do in the field; whether you want to continue in Psychology, a related field, a less obviously related field or into an area only minimally related to Psychology; and what degree and field most interests you. Unless you know you have a limited time frame for completing a Bachelor’s and graduate degree or degrees, are clearly oriented or fit for either a sciences or arts degree, and/or know that you want to be involved in research within the workplace, then whether you choose the BA or the BS probably won’t matter. This knowledge will help you down the road if you decide to obtain a Master's degree in Psychology. By the time you reach that level, you will have a firm idea about whether you want to pursue a Master of Science or Master of Arts.
